The taste is not favorable at all, but it is worth it due to the potent effect it has. Well you can still take it with some juice to cover some of the taste. In general if you don't want to drink it you can still rub it in. It will work. The best thing about this is that the cramps will disappear after a few minutes.

I’ve used it a few times after workouts or when I’ve had muscle soreness, and it seems to reduce the pain and help with recovery. I use to get up in the middle of the night with leg cramps. I would go to the kitchen where I keep this , mix it as directed and drink it down. With in minutes my leg cramp would be gone and I could go back to bed and get back to sleep.
I'm personally not a fan of the taste of apple cider vinegar, but this item really seemed to work well. It was worth getting over the taste for the way it helped me. Would recommend that you give this item a try.
