It's a good enzyme to help digest light carb meals. I like that its very gentle on my stomach. Personally I need something a little stronger since I have low enzymes. I found this enzyme's composition better for snacks. Overall, it's a high quality, gentle enzyme to help with gut issues, but if you need something stronger, I would recommend checking out Enzymedica's other formulas.
