Ive been taking this to support my gut health and regularity. I take 2 caps 2-3 times per day. I would say it is working as my bowel movements are more regular. the capsule size is kinda biggish but I don't have a problem taking them. Might only be an issue if you have a hard time taking capsules in which case I would recommend buying triphala in powder form. I think the dosage is pretty good. It's not a long supply because you take it 2 times per day so that is something to consider. about one month supply. no taste.
