I’ve been using this cream for years, for all kinds of aches and pains… it has even helped a little with menstrual cramps! No noticeable smell, not oily, just a nice creamy lotion. Use a generous amount and massage into hurt or stressed muscles. Works immediately! The wide mouth jar is good if you want to mix in flower essences or essential oils.

Has a very mild scent . No idea how healing this is. No special effect on me, and it’s quite pricey. Abit over rated I feel.

When I use this lotion my skin feels healthier. I feel like it affects me emotionally as well. Very healing to my irritated dry skin.

I’ve been wanting to buy this product for awhile because it has sooooo many flowers in it! It does have alcohol though so I wish it didn’t have that ingredient. I wanted to try and use this on a sore that won’t heal. It is sensitive so I will have to see if it irritates it or not. It appears to be a quality product although I’m not familiar with this brand. The size is somewhat small but the ingredients seem unusually good.

I was suffering from awful adult hormonal acne & had tried everything but to no avail nothing worked until I found this. I had researched the herb & knew it could help me with my problem, so I gave it a try. It was the best thing I could have done. This wonderful cream along with sulfur soap & my skin has been acne free for two years now. It's light, has no off putting smell & it's even helped to fade some of the acne scarring left behind! I will never stop buying Self-heal cream!

Love the Self-Heal cream! 💗 The ingredients are very gentle, however, it is not a thick, salve kind of cream, but more like a thinner lotion. I have used it post surgery. Initially, I used a scar oil on the wound when it was already safe to do so. After a while, I added this cream where I use this in the morning, and the scar oil in the night after showers. It is excellent in helping me moisturise the wound area, and to come to terms with the trauma of it. I went through a lot of health issues last year and I feel like this and the Self-Heal spray formulas together helping me come to terms with all that happened, and realise what went wrong, as well as helping me gently process it all. If you are just looking for a moisturiser, I don't know if this cream would suffice, but if you are looking for something more, then you'll love it. P.S. I am just adding Grace and Post-Trauma Stabiliser formulas to my healing regiment, and curious to see how these will alter the effects of the Self-Heal Cream. Depending on your own issues, you can combine this cream with various FES spray formulas. They have an excellent brochure/information on their website to help pick out the most suitable ones for your needs.

I tried the Self Heal Skin Creme from iHerb, and here’s my honest review: ✨ The first thing I liked is the natural ingredients and plant-based oils—it feels safe for daily use. ✨ The texture is medium—not too heavy or too light—best for normal to dry skin. ✨ Hydration is noticeable, especially on dry areas like hands and elbows. It leaves the skin soft بسرعة. ✨ The scent is light and herbal. Nice if you like natural smells, but not a strong “perfume” type. 🔸 For pigmentation: I didn’t see a big change. It’s more of a soothing and moisturizing cream, not a brightening treatment. 🔸 For sensitive skin: It felt gentle and didn’t cause irritation. ⭐ Final rating: 8/10 Great for daily hydration and calming the skin, but if you’re targeting dark spots, you’ll need something stronger alongside it. I’d recommend it if you want a clean, natural moisturizer 👍

Lovely product .The quality is excellent. Not much of a scent though .

I used this on a scrape I had on my leg, it did comfort it and so I will say it accomplished its mission. In the end, I would say this is not more than a very nice, soothing body lotion. I will use it but wont buy again at this price.

High quality having used it for years. Able to mix other flower essences such as Lotus with thd creame and apply. Feel better when using not just for skin.
