Obviously effective BCAA powder. Blue raspberry tastes good (pleasant sour/sweet balance). Though blue color was a bit confusing in the very begging. Increasing endurance and decrease appetite after exercise.
Phenomenal quality... As bsn use to make always. Just the taste is not strong enough to cover up the aminos in this product. Everything is great, but I'm not buying this taste again. Fruit punch is great, I'm waiting for strawberry dragonfruit to come to try it. 4 stars just because of the taste, quality is 5 stars. I expected better. Maybe someone will like it... But bsn has other betters tastes that I'm sticking with.

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.

Awesome product. Really delicious flavour. Good size product and last for ages even when used everyday. Great hydration for when at the gym or just throughout the day. Nice to have instead of just plain water. Not too sweet or has too much of an artificial flavour. No bad aftertaste
