I take two tablets twice a day with meals, a total of 1200 mg daily. Neither my wife or I have noticed any residual odor -- and my wife has a very acute sense of olfaction! In Patrick Quillen's book, Beating Cancer With Nutrition, he notes the following on page 12: "If you want just the basic herb that all cancer patients should be using daily, then start with garlic -- as a food, seasoning, and/or pill supplement." I have stage 4 colon cancer, and therefore make it a priority to take this supplement (and many others as well) daily.

I've been taking Kyolic Garlic daily and am very pleased. It's gentle on my stomach, has no strong garlic odor, and makes me feel healthier and more energized overall.

Kyolic is the my brand to go when it comes to garlic. Very good quality and balanced ingredient. since I have GERD the aged garlic can help me get the benefits without worrying about acid reflux. The tablets taste little garlicky and little hard to swallow, so if this is an issue for you my recommendation to go with capsules.

It is advertised as being heart healthy and I noticed years ago I felt better when taking it when I was exercising/running.
