Some other brands of vitamin B complex can cause abdominal or ureter irritation. I have not experienced any issues with this brand. It does give me a noticeable feeling of energy as I ran out and was able to tell the difference. I have used this brand for approximately 3 years.

It's my third time buying this. It's got a really supportive ingredient list. I'm happy with the quality too. But if this store carried Dr Wilson's stress formula - it's actually a superior one for dealing with Adrenal stress. Also good to take vitamin E

My actual favorite one is Dr Wilson's Super Adrenal Stress Formula, it's noticeable. I'm traveling and this website doesn't carry it. I tried Swanon's and it smelled bad, like rancid vitamin B. This has been the better option on the website.
