This one is nice. The NOW B-50 does what it’s supposed to do. One thing I’ve noticed is that it changes the color of my urine, which I guess is normal with B vitamins. The pills are easy to take, and I like that it has a mix of all the B vitamins in one. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a good B-complex, nothing too fancy but it gets the job done!

Have always been very satisfied with this manufacturer. They ensure quality ingredients along with ease of swallowing. As a person with Celiac disease I miss out on the benefits of B vitamins. Increases of folic acid are also beneficial. B-50 contains all the B vitamins including B12 for energy without the niacin flush. It also supports the nervous system and metabolism because you have all the B vitamins in one capsule. Highly recommend!
I usually balance my b complex myself, but found this one for my man. It’s perfectly balanced for someone who dowses do monthly blood check ups and doesent take each specific supplement based on their bloodwork. It has it all
Am on B vitamins due to my deficiency, I love the brand but thus cyanocobalamin really annoying with folic acid version, but in this case price is low quality also, other than that rest of the forms are very good/normal especially choline/ inostiol,if they change those cheap formes of B12/folic than they can one of the number ones for sure
