I've been taking L Glutamine for a few years for stomach healing. But being older I started to have problems swallowing my supplements. I ordered this and believe it is helping my digestion. I take this in divided does AM & PM and have discovered doing this also helps me sleep better. I highly recommend this product. I also like it very much because it is ONLY L glutamine no added ingredients!
Wondering if this increased anxiety for me, and thst is the opposite of what we want, so stopped the use after one try. May try again, but, I have not wanted to, to be honest, as the night I took it, I slept worse than the night before. This could be a coincidence, of course, but, my body is very sensitive, so reacts quickly to things. And, there is always a reason for the reaction. I had not been trying other the same day. Worth a try though, if you struggle with leaky gut! Brand is good. Not taste.
