Totally great product! It’s good for gaining weight. The size is sufficient. High quality. And the packaging preserves the product which is the most important thing. I used this powder two years ago when I lost weight from stress. I mixed it with my oatmeal and I slowly gained back some of the weight that I lost. I am taking it again because I have lost a few pounds from stress. I like to mix it in my oatmeal or smoothie, but I mix less than the recommended amount. It isn't disgusting, it has a sweet taste to it. I think it would be even better with milk or a shake.
