As someone with an unusually high need for B vitamins, this is my favorite blend. Instead of 50 mg or 100 mg of each of the 8 B vitamins, this blend uses a more natural amount for each of the B vitamins. This really helps me to feel better and be even-tempered every day. I've been using this brand for decades and have found it to be consistently of very high quality and IHerb to consistently send fresh products in a timely manner.
Quality product used for 3 months already. I will keep using it in a stressfull situation. Ingredients are safe and the size of the package is convenient. It's a product that gives potency to my nervous system, with a great effect. The energy , the emotions are now more constructive. If you take it (one per day) with a glass of water you don't feel the taste, so I can't tell nothing about that. I know for sure that it's "friend' of my metabolism, because I'm better now.
It's ingredients should benefit both mental and physical health since i started feeling calm and recuperating flaster. Taste is neutral. Dosage and size of tablets seem big but i swallow it with some liquid and a lot should be absorbed since it has sustained release. This is third time i'm buying it and even if it seems expensive, price to quality ratio is favorable and you won't get all these nutrients in just one tablet much often.
I started taking these pills for about a week now and do I notice a difference? Definitely yes. I thought taking these pills in the morning with the breakfast would make me drowsy, but no it doesn't, it puts me in a relaxed state of mind....usually I have tense and uptight nerves, but I find my reaction to be pleasantly slower and delayed....but in a good way and also my tendency to panic has gone down tremendously where I can let things go. When night time comes I am still relaxed and sleep falls pleasantly upon me with no struggle so obviously these pills work constantly throughout the day and are very gentle. They give me enough boost of energy to go throughout the day while feeling relaxed but still alert, yet they enable me to wind down and have a restful sleep without a struggle. It's a noticeable but gentle effect....pills are bigger than average though and you need a big gulp of liquid to make sure they go through the throat effectively.

I take this multi B vitamin everyday. It gives me lots of energy. It contains other vitamins and minerals as well and I appreciate that. The size is large but doable. The ingredients and quality are great. I will continue to take this. It’s potency is great
