Perfect if you feel muscle or join pain. I use on my neck, where i have a really serious harm (in fact i need surgery) and i feel better. This oil is stronger than sore join y sore muscle balm. Be very careful if you have damaged skin, then it is not suitable. If you need a stronger effect apply dry heat after rubbing and relax. Years later, my mother broke a vertebra, and she also loves this oil, the one which gets more effect.

Great product for rheumatism and pain in my knees. It works better than arnica when my muscles decide not to cooperate, especially after long travels or exercise too much. It’s a bit liquid and sometimes I spill it on the carpet in the bathroom and it looks like a crime scene. I would prefer a mode dense texture.

I like the scent and the quality, it’s not as hot as expected. However, I believe it is effective as I use it on my feet it helped immensely with my callus. My goal is to drain my lymphs as my feet are swollen, I’m yet to notice any difference but I’m gonna continue using it.
