This is my second bottle. I still didn't feel much of an effect. But it's good for reducing smells and in detoxing your body.

No side effects when taken on empty stomach or when taken near bedtime/mid-day lunch time. One a day is sufficient for my purposes.

I’m taking this supplement once a day (the prescription says 2 tablets, but that caused acidity and gastric discomfort for me). It has noticeably helped reduce body odor. I can’t say for sure about bad breath since I’m also taking oral probiotics. Overall, it’s not bad, but if you have a sensitive stomach, start with a lower dose.
