This is a brand I have always felt comfortable with, and usually they live up to the expectation. This is perfect, just the herb and the capsule and nothing else. This is exactly how I want it. I often open the capsule and put half of it into a soup. Perfect to add some flavor and some goodness especially in winter time when fresh greens are rare.
This is a good quality supplement and I trust the brand. When I take nettle I have noticed that I have more flexibility and it also boosts my mood.
