L-Carnosine, 60 Vegetarian Capsules (250 mg per Capsule)

Very easy to swallow because the capsule is very small. Pure L-Carnosine without magnesium stearate (an unnecessary filler). I take this L-Carnosine together with Doctor's BEST High Absorption Magnesium which is beneficial for almost everybody and helps the L-Carnosine to be used for the best benefit. I just recently started taking L-Carnosine. I am trying it for cataracts and the burning and numbness in my feet and hands. It must be working because I noticed the large floater in my left eye is getting smaller and that burning feeling in my feet while trying to sleep is not as bad.

I’ve been using for 3 weeks, 2 capsules once a day. Hard to say if I’m getting benefits but I know this is beneficial for skin, energy, inflammation. I bought this brand cause it had no fillers I can really appreciate them not chasing profits by using fillers to mass produce their supplements.

Paradise herbs product has good quality ingredients and the capsules are easy to swallow because of the small size. The package is just right. The benefits muscles, skin, brain ect. The capsules are tasteless and can be taken as part of a healthy diet. A good suppliment for training and energy.

So I wondered how can they fit 500 mg in them? Yet attentive reading of info on the jar led me to conclude that the manufacturer doesn't claim the capsules contain netto 500 mg of carnosine, but rather claims the capsule together with its shell weighs 500 mg - brutto. So how much carnosine is in that capsule - perhaps 300 mg??

I have been using this for about 3 months, no problems plus I feel better! Easy on the stomach! Appears to be a quality product and a quality company - works well for us. Just wish they would offer more capsules per bottle.

i take three to four a day in the morning and it makes me feel more alert and reduce the morning dizziness or brain fog? to the minimal. it has an immediate effect after i took it. will take it longer to see it can help to improve my skin condition.

I chose this brand for my first ever purchase of L-Carnosine because I regularly use & love this brand for greens powder. This brand does not contain fillers. The reason for buying it was what they say in the product description: " has heavy metals, free radical and active sugar molecule scavenging activity." I feel that I am lacking Carnosine, because I eat a reduced amount of meat. It would be even more important for vegetarians. 

Zinc Carnosine has been a great help for my health and especially my stomach. i wanted to try L-carnosine on its own but it wasn't a good idea at all...
