I take these alongside my st johns wort a couple times a day and have noticed more calmness and clarity since making part of my anti depression protocol!

This is the second supplement from Paradise Herbs that I am trying (the other being Triphala). I think their products are exceptional and clean (no fillers and unwanted substances).
i believe 120mg is too much, therefore 60mg is the best, and if you need you can 60mg in 2 doses day and night, though ginkgo not recommended at night.
