I’m on a low salt diet and since here table salt is the only way to get some proper iodine I decided to try those not to get deficient. Taste was neutral. Also it helped my subclinical hypo which is now in normal range. I also used different brands, which were also good.

Not among the supplements I take every day, but one that needs to be consumed occasionally to be sure the thyroid is topped off. Recommended!

The package opens and closes by pushing down and then turning which isn't as intuitive or comfortable as other packages but works well. The tablets are slightly bigger than medium sized, but fairly easy to swallow with water. One tablet taken at a daily frequency provides 100% of the recommended iodine. Since it is swallowed there is no noticeable taste.
