Tried this cordyceps extract out of curiosity after hearing about its traditional use. The bottle was well-sealed, and the capsules didn’t have any weird smell, which I appreciated. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks now, usually in the morning with water. Noticed some subtle differences in how I feel during workouts—nothing dramatic, but there’s a certain edge that wasn't there before. Could be placebo, could be the supplement. Sleep hasn’t been affected, digestion seems normal. Overall, it’s been a neutral-to-interesting experience so far. Will finish the bottle and observe more.
Cordiceps was prescribed by my homeopathic doctor for fatigue. Me and my husband used in the late autumn and during winter as imunomodulator and for the fatigue. I think it a good quality product. I can't say I really felt a surge in energy, but I felt good. My husband was good as well in a period of extremely hard work and pressure.
I've been using cordeceps capsules for the last 2 years and although I'm not using this specific product for a long time, I think that this extract is more potent than all other brands that I tried (but I think none of the others was extract). As other cordyceps products, this mushroom helps in providing energy throughout the day, which is my main reason for taking it. The package is a bit smaller than average and the capsules size is also a bit small, no extra taste or smell, good quality.
This brand is the best because it doesn’t have fillers. Just high quality extract. Cordyceps is a good supplement to try for energy. It is known in TCM to be a kidney yang tonic and can be helpful for energy, and possibly ATP production. It helps give me a little more energy and think a little bit more clearly. It has been shown in research to be anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and can lower blood sugar.
