This little gel D3 vitamin is easy to swallow. My husband and I both take one daily and the bottle holds enough for four months dosage for the both of us. That makes it convenient for not having to reorder it so often.

Very strong supplement - works cumulatively and is well absorbed in Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Could be developed in combination with K2 so that it does not have to be taken separately. Big package for long use.
