Quality of ingredients are high. Size of the capsule is comparable to swallow. The dosage is one capule per day. Benefit for nails,skin. Taste is mild. I give this treat to my rescue cats when they need additional support for their immunity, or if they appear poorly. Not their favourite amongst all their treats but I could at least not need to force it down their throat like capsules. Shaped like a fish, it gets swallowed up easily along with the other treats.
