This product is of high quality, so I ordered it for the second time. In the first 3 weeks, I took two capsules daily, then i reduced the dose to one capsule daily. I started to feel better in my pre-menopausal symptoms in the third week and now I rarely experience hot flashes or night sweat. Thank you so much Now Foods
It was recommended by my doctor to help me with my pre-menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, lack of energy and other symptoms and after almost three weeks taking it combined with other supplements I am starting feeling a improvement. Will continue to use it for two more months to see if I can get rid of hot flashes.

Unfortunately, this version didn’t work well for me. Compared to other black cohosh supplements I’ve tried, I didn’t notice any meaningful effect. I gave it enough time, but in my case it didn’t provide the support I was looking for. Tolerance was fine, but in terms of results, it simply wasn’t a good match for me.
