Stress B with Zinc, 66 Tablets

I had used this vitamin formula for years from a different manufacturer, but they quit making them. My pharmacist found these for me to purchase and they've been great. I was very happy to have found them, and am completely satisfied. I'll be reordering them through iHerb from now on. Vitamin B is essential for nervous system as everybody knows. As I have tingling sensation on my hand due to my job I started taking this Vitamins after lunch meal, daily. It really does it jobs for me. Also this vitamins also helps breakfown carbohydrates and transport nutrients to our body. Thats why it important to take this after meal. They help the body produce energy from food and taking them later in a day can interfere sleep. Zinc also helps my skin especially on ‘hormonal imbalance days. Surely order again! I've been taking Nature Made Stress B-Complex for decades, and it is my preferred vitamin. When I've tried other B Complex vitamins they haven't delivered the same effects. I have a lot of dietary restrictions due to a medical condition, so these are essential for me. I will go out of my way to buy only them!

Not sure if it's doing anything, will try another product to compare. I feel like I should have a bit more noticeable boost in energy after taking. Urine doesn't turn bright coloured after taking. Med/Large tablet.

As a chef working in a kitchen demands more energy to complete the task. Thanks i discovered this product. It will be part of my diet. This supplement is good full of nutrients b complex vitamin c and zinc.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.

This B complex is unique as it also contains zinc and copper. It would have been much nicer if it hadn't added the red colorant. The package is small which is good for short term use.

A great supplement in just 1 tablet, the size of the tablet is easy to swallow and composed of the basic ingridients our body needs to give us more energy everyday.
