I've bought this tea because of the ingredient—senna and it being caffeine free —to help detoxify all the food indulgence during Christmas and New Year. it works as stated in the packaging—hence it's good quality. It tastes great, I Iove the fruity blend, and I've had about three tea bags (normal tea bag size) at the time of this review. Drinking frequency by far is a tea bag a day serving —hot preferably for me. I have yet to try the slimming effect but I have a good feeling with the way it works in detoxing, it'll benefit slimming as well. Using it for three days has cleared my system ( I have a very slow metabolism) making me lose 400 grams, so I'm pleased. Just use as instructed
