I bought this product to help me with my workouts. This by far dissolves the easiest, tastes the best and doesn’t dye my mouth disgusting colors. Like with most bcaa's I sip on it during my workout, if you want to you could also drink it before and after as well but I prefer during. Overall I'm very satisfied with the results.
