I started taking these capsules because my collagen didn't have hyaluronic acid, which is necessary for absorption. I noticed that after a week of taking it, my knee stopped crunching (an old injury in the gym) I was very surprised and remembered that the composition contains chondroitin sulfate and it really works for joints.
