I probably going to stop ordering them since they seem to lick with an orange liquid inside of the jar iwhich is oily sticky, which the capsules stuck and stick to each other and everything that it comes with contact would be with horrible orange color, oil & stench shame really.. 🙁
I can't go a day without it! I take medicine that lowers my B12 and so I basically have tried every type of B12 supplement. I love this complex because of the energy it gives me, quickly after taking it. The ingredients with MCT oil helps absorbtion. It does make me a little sweaty on my face, but that is short lived. Although, I think it's a high quality supplement, I would recommend refrigerating it because pills do leak out if they get too warm.
I have been ordering these for over a year now and this is one of the best B-6 vitamins I have ever tried. I like it gives me energy throughout the day. Also the quality is great and no after taste.

The size of this pills are big, and for me is difficult to swallow, have strong odor when opens the bottle to vitamin, I just finished one bottle.

I LOVE these supplements, especially this product. Had to cut back on caffeine and my Adderall due to increase BP. Well, was severely struggling to get through the days and weeks.
