Full Spectrum™ Kudzu, 120 Tablets

My spouse uses for control of alcohol cravings and has used for nearly 9 years. It helped him get off of 3 blood pressure medications. There is another health issue this helped with, although I don't recall what it was. He opted to stop taking for awhile and when issues arose, I looked it up and we determined that the Kudzu Root was what was keeping the issue under control, so happily went back to using versus taking another medicine or two. I plan on recommending it to others. I usually have purchased Swanson or Piping Rock brands in the past, but this was a better deal and I am thankful that I found it. iHerb has some wonderful products at awesome prices!!!

I take 4 tablets morning and night. Relieves neck tightness and discomfort. I don't drink alcohol, but I have asked people who drink (too) frequently if they have neck issues, and there IS a pattern of alcohol problems AND neck, shoulder, or upper back problems.

I don’t take it every day. Just days when I struggle or feel like fighting the urge to drink alcohol. Works pretty quickly for me. I do well with herbal supplements. It’s a supplement, so it won’t do all the work for you. But can help you feel motivated

This is an excellent product for me, I began taking it to sleep at night and for its health benefits, especially for the liver. I don't drink, so I don't know what it is like for a hangover, but it works very well for me, I have no negative side effects and feel better with it.

I bought it because I read that it's good for the liver so I gave it a try and I like it very much I had no side effects with this supplement The size of the tablet is a little bit big but it's okay I can swallow it.
