I always have this on my shelf along with oregano oil to keep from getting sick. I've been able to wake up the next day feeling normal many, many times just by using these 2 products and going to bed early.
I love this Olive leaf product, the capsules are so easy to take. It is a good quality product with great benefits, the extra strength Oleuropein ingredient helps fight off colds and flu viruses. This is my go to in the Winter season, or anytime I feel a little run down. I wouldn't be without it.

I take one everyday to boost my immune system since I read it can be taken daily without harm. It’s mild but still helps especially for Epstein bar and I haven’t gotten the flu in years.
My naturopath doc recommended this in conjunction with other supplements and I found it to be helpful. I take it with food and have not had any GI issues or bad tastes related to this. The capsule size is average to small which is a benefit when, like me, you're taking approximately 1 million pills a day. :)
