The only ingredient is ginger, which is packed in a vegetable cellulose capsule. I haven't noticed a weird taste from the capsule, even tho ginger does usually have a strong taste, so that's a benefit for sure! My belly is usually sensitive, but I do tolerate it well, so that speaks for it's quality!

I take this for digestive issues including bloating and gas. I take one a day with food in the afternoon or morning and it is very helpful. Their quality is good and the price is reasonable. You could also take this if you are coming down with a cold as ginger is good for the immune system.
