I’ve been taking Paradise Herbs Fo Ti (He Shou Wu) 500 mg (one vegetarian capsule per day) for about eight weeks and I’m pleased with how my hair and skin feel. My hair seems a little thicker and shinier, and my complexion is a bit more even. I appreciate that this is a 16:1 full-spectrum extract, gluten-free and made without unnecessary fillers. On the caution side: I researched that He Shou Wu has been linked to rare liver issues, so I’m taking it with breaks and checking how I feel. Overall, good quality and I’ll keep using it with that dose in mind.
It is unusual to find fo-it extract because it usually comes in raw powdered form. It claims to use a traditional method to extract the root of the plant but ideally, the key ingredients’ proportion could be added. Some other (raw) fo-ti would state that it contains 2% tetrahyroxystilbene glycoside which is supposed to be one of the key elements of this herb. It will be a five star product of chemical analysis has been done and results are available. As it is, it is uncertain whether the extract is indeed better or not compared to the cheaper raw fo-ti.
The quality of this product is very good. The size of the package is not big for me to store. The ingredient is also good for me. The benefits include giving my brain great energy and lessening my stress. My age looks like smaller and my immunity becomes stronger. It tastes very good.

I am taking the first bottle. I haven´t seen results yet. But i am beginning the second one and fingers crossed. I believe i need to take it for at least 3 months. I am not feeling any side effects.
