Good quality for the price. Ingredient is pure salt. But it might have been the best tasting salt. My purchase for New Zealand fleur de sel might be better but this one is great for the quantity for the price.
A delicate finishing salt that enhances the natural flavour of food while adding a light crunch and subtle mineral taste. Best sprinkled over dishes just before serving rather than used as an everyday cooking salt.
I heard that salt in the form of "salt flowers" deepens meal´s taste, which is true. I´m happy to use this sea salt. It gives also worthy minerals, which absorb well and helps the body to function well and stay healthy.
This has really high salt content compared to other salt types. I use very little to season the food. The price seems to be too high for this product, even though it's supposed to be hand picked.

I can't emphasize enough how much I love this salt. I use it for ALL MY MEALS but directly on my plate, as it's not for cooking! The taste and the crunch are DELECTABLE. I was so happy to find this product is bulk since fleur de sel is normally such a pricy, bougie item! Buy it!!!

I was expecting a different brand of sea salt. I wanted Celtic but got just sea salt. I'll use for cooking rather that daily supplement.
