The bottle is different than what is pictured. I have used this for about a week and it has significantly reduced the hyperpigmentation of my scars. They have noticeably faded and size reduced. This product does work. The downside is that it is extremely sticky and will rub off on clothing if used too much. I found it easier to use by using a drop or two with another cream mixed together rather than using alone. I do recommend this product because it is effective. I hope this was helpful. Very thick and concentrated serum. Leave a oily but sticky feels on skin that is removed only with a towel, not with soap, so i apply it with only one finger. I use it on a very long scar all around my body (belt lipectomy) since 6 months but not daily so it's hard to say how well it works. But my surgeon said that he was surprised by the great recovery and appearance of the scar. I apply at night so it doesnt touch my clothes but i dont know if it would stain them or not. So highly concentrated, it doesnt takes a lot and after every second day for 6 months on an all around body scar, i use 4 pump pushes per shot, and my bottle still has over half of it yet so it lasts extremely long. The price is absolutely worth it, dont mistake the small size of it.

This is helping my surgery scars heal well and keeps the area moist and even. I will continue to use to see long term effects.
