I chew a few of these after a meal to assist with digestion and it's a non-carminitative, so if you're prone to post-meal gas, it helps! Fennel also helps get rid of excess water weight since it's a natural diuretic. I chew them after meals and wouldn't be without it. They also taste great in Italian-flavored recipes.

It’s wonderful to heal your digestive tract- Put 3 cups of water in a pot,this is what you will drink,then add 3 more cups of water. Then add,1 teaspoon of Fennel Seeds,1 teaspoon of Coriander Seeds and 1 teaspoon of Cumin Seeds.( Do not use powder). Then, boil and simmer till you have 3 cups left,drain,and drink one cup,then the rest put in a glass jar. Drink one cup for each meal before you eat. Dont add anything to the tea,it tastes quite delicious!
