Sun-E™ 400, 268 mg (400 IU), 120 Softgels

After failing to conceive a child with my girlfriend, we called a Nutritionist. She recommended Vitamin E to help with oxidation and fertility. I choose Sun-E 400 by 'Now foods' as it's known for a quality brand. In the ingredients it's listed as a Non-GMO product, which is good, and the price is relatively good. I have no problem with the pills size, easy to swallow. Not sure about the effect yet, I am taking them for about 12 days. The order arrived earlier than expected, thumbs up for the delivery service :)

I've had real problems taking other brands/types of Vit E over the years because so many of them seem to contain soy which I'm unfortunately really sensitive to. This one doesn't - it's super clean with super good quality ingredients from good sources and a perfect E spectrum balance in my opinion. But the price reflects this. I can't always afford to buy it (I have other supplements I can't do without) so with this one I have to just deal with an on-again-off-again relationship, only buying it when I have spare beans. It's SO good though. If you can afford it (and don't have as many other critical supplements to purchase as I do) this is the absolute BEST. Very highly recommended.

It's rare to find Vitamin E that is NOT Soy based. If the bottle does not say "No soy", then it is made from soy! This is the natural form of Vitamin E. This product is good because the “Other Ingredients” do not contain nanoparticulates & excipients such as silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide (shreds the male reproductive organ!) silica, silicate (silica has ZERO use in the body and is actually toxic, and destroys the DNA, you won't find this info in the mainstream 'alternative health' but look up the research papers and you will)

NOW Foods Sun-E 400 is my go-to for vitamin E, and this larger package is convenient for long-term use.
