I have low grade chronic inflammation like obesity, diabetes type 2, and arthritis. My chronic inflammation led to a leaky gut. Guess what? Trace Minerals Helped! It worked! I had horrible stomach cramps, black stools, and constipation. I was unable to handle solids for a while including my chromium supplement. In less than a month, my stomach ailments were GONE, but I did take this with other Trace Mineral supplements - and I still am. BTW: This stuff is delicious in my favorite drink.

I’ve been using Trace Mineral’s Ionic Chromium for ten years and I believe it helps control my sugar level. I don’t have diabetes but I had high blood sugar levels in the past. I get my blood works done semi-annually and it’s been within normal levels ever since.

Easy to take, this chromium supplements comes in liquid form and if you are concerned that you might be lacking in trace minerals it has an abundance of those so it ends helping with far more than blood sugar levels.

I heard alot about this version that it is better than chromium picolinate. I mix it with water for the most benefit. It has no weird after taste. It is a great supplement

Don’t like the taste and didn’t see the effect for which I bought it ( stop sugar cravings) stoped taking it and bought my usual capsules.

I am enjoying this chromium since all I need to do is add it to water and not to worry about the taste. Chromium is also good for your health so all in all very good. I also like the dropper, so convenient. It also came on time which I am happy about.

Quality is good. Most importantly there is no strong taste or stomach discomfort after. Packaging is of good quality. I can’t really say I noticed any particular results but most importantly, it didn’t leave me with any discomfort or unwanted side-effects.

i read about the benefits of ionic chromium for insulin however taking it as supplement could be okay and safe as a minor adjunct but it is not something you should rely on for major improvements in insulin resistance..
