This is by far the best D3 i have ever used. I have been using this for about 1 month and it has made a noticeable difference in how I feel and how my son feels. Better energy for exercising and overall throughout the day. I generally get a cold in the spring and since using it I have not gotten sick. For context, I have taken 1000 IU gel caps, a 50,00 IU veggie cap and this liquid 10,000 IU has made the most difference. I have been taking D3 daily since 2023. Don't forget to take K2 in Mk7 form with your D3! They must be taken together. Never in the same bottle, but side by side.

I started taking this because my Vitamin D 25 (OH) was going down and got down to 17ng/ml. After 1 month of taking 10,000 units a day and then 1 month of taking 20,000 units my vitamin D 25 (OH) went up to 84ng/ml. I was also taking the: NOW product - Cod Liver Oil 100mg extra strength which has vitamin A, D3, EPA, DHEA. The specialist said he had never seen such an improvement in his long life. So totally worth paying more for this high quality product.

Quality is fine. Ingredient seems almost tasteless. Helps with my Vit D needs. Much easer to take my dosage in these drops then lots of pills.
