Lookong for a real zero sugar stevia is tricky ! Other products has dextrose/maltodextrin (that actually has hugh glycemic index than sugar !), xylitol, or even straight up sugar cane, and on the box still say 0 sugar ?? I searched all over iher trying to find a decent one, and I found this ! This one, while not 100% pure stevia, has inulin as ingredient which is fiber, so it is better than the rest. Thankfully the taste is not bitter like the old stevia I used in the past. It is actually quite suitable too for keto diet.
