The quality itself is great. The size of the capsules may be too big for people who have problems with swallowing. I take creatine before the workout to improve endurance. It also helps with defining muscles, just be sure to take enough water throughout the day. The package is big.
I purchased this creatine product because i prefer capsules to powders, and it worked really well for the beginning of a loading phase, which is 3 mg per day - three 1 mg capsules. However, now i need to take 10 mg a day, and that would be a lot of cellulose and stearic acid and i will have to find another product that packs 5 mg per capsule. Otherwise, i am more than sattisfied with this one - although big, capsules are easy to swallow, no taste or smell, and although it is not creapure, it worked very well for me: it had brain, muscle and mood benefits that i felt immediately.
