I love the quality of the ingredients. The size of capsule is easy to swallow. There is not any smell or after taste. It is nice for my skin and I take it in the morning before training. I want to have more strong muscles so it is necessary to take enough protein.
I have a tendency for an occasional winter cold sore. When I am consistent in taking one a day I don’t get an annoying cold sore. My chiropractor told me to take this to eliminate them and it works. I’m happy with this product

L-lysine is my go to supplement when I feel like Im coming down with a cold and immune system needs support. I'm not sure why Life Extension went with 620 mg...so I take 2 capsules for more benefits. This amino acid can be a bit stimulating (energizing), so I take it in the morning on empty stomach or sometime after breakfast, if my stomach is upset.
