It tastes like a snack bar!! Good quality chocolate, hint of mint, crunchiness. A bit sweet tho, and never refrigerated them, they will turn stone hard. Definitely will get some more
These are by far the best protein bars I've had. The total calories is higher than the low carb ones I usually go for but it's really worth it. They don't have the synthetic taste of other bars, have natural ingredients including flax seed and chia giving a great texture. They taste like a chocolate bar. Highly recommended
These are great tasting bars containing 20g of protein and less sugar than many others. They were available at a really competitive price on iHerb and arrived within 2 days. I would definitely by them again.
Although I liked the flavor less than chocolate / peanut butter, the minty flavor is still great. These are under the hashgacha of OU. A bit pricey, but they do carry a lot of protein and fill you up like as if you ate a meal.
The taste is ok, but the texture of it is not good.

The Old ProBar was one of my favorites the ingredients were high quality and the were great.the new bar is very dense and does not have a pleasant texture for my liking. Although I believe the benefit is still there for a quick protein boost for your diet while training, workout, or fitness routine.
I haven't tried myself as I don't like the mint-choco flavor, but they have become hubby's favorites since he tried them. I personally like the high amount of protein they provide.
I've tried many protein bars, and recently have been looking for ones that don't have any artificial sweeteners. This one has a rather good protein to calorie ratio, isn't overly sweet, despite sugar being listed rather high in the ingredients. The chocolate-mint flavor is delicate. It's a large bar, by the way. The only reason I took off a star is due to the messiness of the outer coating which flakes off in little pieces. Maybe it was just this box, though. I'd still buy it again, but recommend opening and eating these over a large plate to avoid the mess :)
I prefer this bar over the chocolate mint builder bar from Cliff, it has more chocolate taste better and the ingredients are good. Very happy to have found this one.
