This Garden of Life Ultimate Care has been a great find. For some health-related reasons, I've been recommended to use a strong probiotic, and have tried a number of brands and types so far. None have produced as much tangible improvement/changes as this has. It's clear to me that these are getting live cultures to where they're needed to bolster my gut microbiome. It's helped with constipation among other things, and I think my digestion/absorption of nutrients from food is improved by this as well; for the absorption, I am not sure if it's the probiotics or the digestive enzymes that are also in these capsules, but regardless of which, I can tell a difference if I forget to take them for a day or two. I also really like the glass bottle with the screw-off lid to their plastic bottle with the pull-open lid, the latter of which hurts my hands and wrists to try to open. I'll definitely be repurchasing in the future!
