As we all know, regular whey protein is a very fast thing and does not satisfy hunger at all. But with this multi-phase eight-hour stuff the feeling is completely different. Although the number of calories here is normal for powder proteins, but you really don't think about food for the same 8 hours. Very unusual. I love the taste of vanilla, and is super easy to mix. Is sweet but if you mix with strawberry and some nuts it becomes well balanced. I love the texture and you call also adjust to two scoops if you had a hard workout or if you don’t have time to consume a high protein intake depending on your schedule. Is a good protein supplementation, and if you need 8 hour slow protein delivery that’s also a plus!
