I use it before bed, it smells nice and really helps to calm down. I also use it as a base for Lavender Essential Oil before i go to sleep, so the oil won't irritate my skin. I defiantly recommend this to people that Essential Oils helps them to calm down. LIKE MY COMMENT IF I HELPED YOU!!
This has a strong herbal scent and smooth, quick-dissolving texture. I could smell the bergamot more strongly than the lavender. I gave this to my mom, who has pain in her back and knees, and she said that it helps her feel more relaxed and calm. I like the benefits regarding sleep and calming scent it has but it’s too greasy and it staines the cover. I wish they could change the formula without changing the scent.
