The quality of the ingredients in the raw organic is great to use for any age. The size is very accurate to normal berries and the taste is pretty sweet. It also has a hint of sourness, but the there is no smell to this product in the packaging is really helpful. I would really recommend. It's really beneficial if you're on a diet I also included the berries into some yogurt and it taste really good and delicious.
