Great
Host defense reishi is one of the best mushrooms supplement. I have been taking it for many years with pauses. I use it alternately with host defense maitake drops. Only these 2 types are good for me because it doesn't trigger my autoimmune arthritis. It works as immune modulator, not immune boosting.

Helps to sleep a little bit longer
Despite the strong alcoholic taste, this one seems to help sleep a little.

Host Defense, Mushrooms, Organic Reishi Extract, 1 fl oz (30 ml) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A calming and grounding supplement. I feel more relaxed and sleep quality has improved since using Reishi. The extract is potent and has that rich, natural mushroom flavor you’d expect.” Everything is good ingredients, size, package benefits

Great value a bit off taste
Solid product for the price—noticed subtle improvements in energy and stress resilience. However, the taste is quite strong and earthy, which may not be for everyone. Best mixed with a drink to mask the flavor. Still worth it for the quality and benefits of reishi.

Effective Reishi Extract
I have found this Orgnic Reishi Extract from Host Defense to be very effective with its immune support and mental clarity. I trust the high quality of this brand! I was using another brand but iHerb is out of stock on that one currently, but I have not been disappointed with this Reishi Extract as a replacement. I think I will continue with this brand now.

pretty good
I can't say I notice a particular difference but I'm sure my immune e system is benefiting. I wish they made it in a bigger size. As a fall back product I'm happy with the quality.
