I've tried different cordyceps supplements. Including mushroom powders and tinctures. This high quality extract works the best. I take it to support my kidneys and I immediately notice the different. host defense is a superb brand and I especially like their triple extract. by far the best in the market.
Cordyceps – Short Explanation (): Cordyceps is a medicinal mushroom traditionally used in Chinese medicine to boost energy, stamina, and vitality. It supports oxygen utilization, enhances ATP production, and helps the body adapt to stress
True Effects found after using the product for 3 weeks that has good quality ingredients, I got a boost in my energy level, and I was able to perform various activities without worrying about my sleeping hours count or the time for my last eaten meal.
An excellent supplement before exercise. It gives me a lot of energy for my gym activities (I stopped taking caffeine thanks to this!) It's also great for mornings when I feel tired. This product gives a boost of energy to start the day.
Honestly it tastes awful. You can feel the alcohol strongly. There are a lot of details missing, such as the beta glucan amount, which is the active ingredient that makes all the difference. The extract is mostly made of mycelium which is less preferable (compared to full body extract mushroom). The price is not that great for the quality of it. It does give you energy and I did felt the benefits, but there are better quality products, where you can feel a greater influence.
Host Defense, Mushrooms, Cordyceps Extract, 1 fl oz (30 ml) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Perfect for an energy lift without the jitters. I’ve been using Cordyceps before workouts and feel a noticeable stamina boost. Flavor is mild and easy to mix with tea or water.” Everything is good ingredients, size, package benefits
I am not sure yet, maybe if it works, the taste is strong alcoholic, but with water it is okay
Perfect! Mushrooms are great for optimal energy. Note that the taste is very bitter.
Great way to start the day Lots of energy You can drink it with water
Gives a lot of energy and it's a great benefit.
