you can just take a couple of these or do the full 6 tablets over the course of the day like they say on the label. i find you do get some tummy gurgles but its not uncomfortable. very good benefit. i recommend start with a smaller dosage at first. no taste or weird burps after. worked for me and i will use it occasionally from now on id say
