The quality is organic and certified all natural. All of my supplements and products are from Gol. This has been my umpteenth bottle and I've benefited alot. My hair and nails are stronger. My bones and joints are stronger too and my knee is free from aches. The quality is raw and organic. The ingredients are all natural. I always chose Gol for its authenticity. I can't upload image because I am waiting for my stock to arrive.
I got the chai for the first time recently - I wasn't sure about the flavor but after a few tries, ended up loving it and ordering a second bottle. It's not as good with fruity flavors but I love it with half a frozen banana, 1/3 cucumber, and a bunch of ice. It's like the perfect smoothie.
Mixes well and has a decent flavor but I will go with vanilla next time. My biggest issue is that as far as I have seen plant protein powders require such a big scoop to get 25ish grams of protein. So mixing it in with yogurt or oatmeal isn't really an option unless.
Garden of Life Raw Protein has been great as a clean, plant-based protein option. Blends well, doesn’t feel heavy, and sits nicely on my stomach compared to a lot of other proteins. Easy way to boost protein intake, especially on busy days, happy to keep this in my routine. Great quality product with great benefits.
this was a great protein powder - bought this once but would buy the unflavoured one to make it healthier. its a bit floury in taste but its otherwise excellent in terms of nutritional content
This protein powder blends smoothly and the vanilla chai flavor is very pleasant without being too strong. The ingredients feel clean and includes a lot of beneficial nutrients that I’ve never heard of before but hey they sound nice. It works well in smoothies or mixed with nut milk. It is filling and fits well into a healthy diet. The serving size is generous and the container looks like it’ll last a long time.
I don’t use this protein as a drink/shake but rather for baking to increase my protein intake or in a smoothie. It gives it a nice vanilla chai taste and it’s not too sweet. I definitely recommend.
Tried mixing it with different ingredients, greens, banana, fruit etc. however couldn’t manage to get it taste good. I could barely go through the whole package.
