Boxing day 2020 I had returned after a four hour drive from seeing family, having had a migraine Christmas day. I suffered with occipital and trigeminal Neuralgia. I had returned home to find my Serenelle had arrived. I suffered with occipital and trigeminal Neuralgia and was diagnosed as chronic migraine. I had a weekly pattern of severe to moderate migraine and nerve pain with a few days in between and back into again. Since that first dose on Boxing day, I had within the hour improvement, giving relief to the pressure and removing nerve pain, I was so relieved I finally had something to benefit me. I have been taking a Serenelle daily and the neuralgia has gone by being controlled with this herbal capsule , and although I have a migraine pattern, the migraines are more mild or if pounding or sharp occasionally eases quickly like a tension headache intensity so on those days I take two Serenelle and over counter tablets and often don’t get a second day of headache like I usually did. I hardly touch my prescribed migraine tablets whereas before I was filling a 4 dose script monthly. Basically Serenelle saved my sanity because that constant nerve pain is exhausting- like ear, sinus and toothache all at once. Only issue is when out of stock but I can get similar herbs just not all in one 60 capsules bottle. Serenelle has been my lifesaver.

Somehow it doesn’t work as a sleeping pill, I feel zero effect for now , but let’s give this a chance , maybe it ll get accumulated in body and then will work
This was recommended in place of melatonin by the website as we no longer can order melatonin to my country. Ingredients are great.In general, I'd say I feel more calm, but it doesn't really help with sleep much. Overall, a good product through.

Actually, I felt different from maybe the first two days. It’s very effective with high-quality ingredients are real the size of the bottle very good. The dose is almost accurate and effective, but if it’s a real actually it’s helping reducing the stress giving you a good calm, deep sleeping.
Recently changed my job and suffered from stress. Bought this to alleviate the situation and did help a lot.
