I bought this stuff after reading online about others success taking digestive enzymes. The ingredients seem to be decent. The benefit it gives me is when I take it before lunch and dinner it seems to really help me digest my food more quickly. It can relieve my stomach pain as well, but not always does it work. So I'm not 100% fixed with this product. Still figuring out my complete microbiome issues with my GI but I took this bottle to him and he said that it was a pretty good one, but the lipase is not strong enough in this brand.
